Our bunny is ready
for autumn; he put on his comfy scarf and soft hat with pompom, and is ready
for a nice walk in the park. Falling leaves will be rustle underfoot, maybe it
will even start raining for a while… But our bunny likes the wheather like
this, that’s why he is called The Autumn bunny.
His height is
approximately 20 cm

Attention!
When you
crochet in a spiral I advise you to make a magic ring at the beginning of the
item and then to make the necessary number of single crochets into the
ring (usually you make 6sc).

Head:
Work the detail with
its inside surface out.
Do not stuff; instead
put a Styrofoam ball inside.
Ch 4, join to form a ring. 6 sc into the ring.
Rnd 1: (2 dc in each sc) around – 12 dc
Rnd 2: (dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc) around – 18 dc
Rnd 3: (dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc) around – 24
dc
Rnd 4: (dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc) around – 30
dc
Rnd 5: (dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc) around – 36
dc
Rnd 6-10: dc around – 36 dc
Put a Styrofoam ball inside and
continue working:

Attach the arms to the body.
Legs:
Make two

Break the yarn leaving a long
end for assembling.
Attach the ears to the head.
Embroider the nose
and the mouth
Make
a small tail
(a
pompom; see the picks below)
Wrap the yarn around
the fingers
Carefully take it off
the fingers and tie it up tightly
Cut the sides
Put the tail in
place. Done!
Hat and scarf
Take any yarn
leftovers you like.
Start
with the scarf:
With 4 mm hook, ch 40, work two
rows of sc
Hat:
Work
through the back loops only
Ch 4, join to form a ring. 6 sc into the ring.
Rnd 1: (2 sc in each sc) around – 12 sc
Rnd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around – 18
sc
(Pick 2) Try on bunny’s head,
the hat should fit between his ears
(Pick 3
and 4)
(Ch 5, skip next 4 sc, sc in next 4 sc), repeat from the beginning
(Pick 5) Try on bunny’s head,
the holes for the ears should be in place
(Pick 6) Work next row; work
sc in each ch of the holes
(Pick 7) Try the hat on
bunny’s head
Next, work the amount
of rows to gain the length you like.
Work the last row with a fluffy yarn. Make a fluffy pompom and attach it to the hat.
